The Saint-Vincent is a characteristic mansion of the 19th century, built of quarried stone, and now transformed into an hotel *** and restaurant full of character.
Here you will find elegance and harmony, from our majestic circular tower, in our voluminous and spacious rooms, to our two terraces overlooking a charming courtyard garden planted up with shrubs and trees.
Great care has been taken with the new décor, in the large public rooms as well as in the seven guest rooms, and this has undeniably added a 'charm factor' to the whole of the interior.

Dining at The Saint-Vincent is a refined experience. All our dishes are prepared and cooked by Benoit Jarrige with dedication, care and attention. Our cooking offers you surprises and emphasizes the work of our local producers

The Landes of Armagnac offer a framework of predilection to the Saint-Vincent. To preserve this exceptional environment, the hotel functions primarily with renewable energies. Water is heated thanks to solar panels and the heating is ensured by an approved boiler «bois buches» green flame!
